If you are a new client to us, we require an evaluation for ALL services listed.

Vaccinations are a must for any boarding service. Please be ready to provide documentation of your updated Rabies, Bordetella, Leptospirosis, and Distemper vaccine.

We require payment and confirmation of booking at least 24-48 hours in advance for EVERY service.

Cancelations with a deposit under $1000 are NON REFUNDABLE.

Cancelations with a deposit over $1000 will result in a refund with a $300 deduction for inconvenience.

If your dog needs medical attention from a vet during their stay we can provide the trip but ALL costs must be covered by the client.

If you are experiencing major behavior issues such as Reactivity, aggression, separation anxiety, and resource guarding an IN PERSON evaluation is REQUIRED.

If your dog runs out of food during their program, it is your responsibility to replenish it. Any food covered by us will be added to your invoice.

Payment Plans are offered on a case to case basis. If you are on a payment plan there is a $100 fee for every missed/late payment.
