Here are my policies!

  • If you are a new client to us, we require an evaluation for ALL services listed.

  • Vaccinations are a must for any boarding service. Please be ready to provide documentation of your updated Rabies, Bordetella, Leptospirosis, and Distemper vaccine.

  • We require payment and confirmation of booking at least 24-48 hours in advance for EVERY service.

  • Cancelations with a deposit under $1000 are NON REFUNDABLE.

  • Cancelations with a deposit over $1000 will result in a refund with a $300 deduction for inconvenience.

  • If your dog needs medical attention from a vet during their stay we can provide the trip but ALL costs must be covered by the client.

  • If you are experiencing major behavior issues such as Reactivity, aggression, separation anxiety, and resource guarding an IN PERSON evaluation is REQUIRED.

  • If your dog runs out of food during their program, it is your responsibility to replenish it. Any food covered by us will be added to your invoice.

  • Payment Plans are offered on a case to case basis. If you are on a payment plan there is a $100 fee for every missed/late payment.
